Services

I offer a supportive therapeutic space for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a psychodynamic, attachment-based, transpersonal, systemic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach in person in Eureka, California and via telehealth across California. I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks, the 2S/LGBTQIA+ community, psychiatric survivors, and those healing from religious trauma and spiritual abuse. I also assist individuals struggling with process addictions, anxiety, and psychospiritual crises.

I offer an inclusive therapy space for couples in diverse relationship configurations, including monogamous and polyamorous dynamics. Together, we will explore your connection, improve communication, and foster growth and fulfillment in your relationship.

Family Therapy

I offer family therapy services for families seeking to address boundary issues, such as enmeshment, and to foster healthier dynamics. I understand that families come in various structures, including blended families, and I am open to working with all configurations.
